The company was founded by Chandru, (late Vivek) and Giresh.

As joint promoters of Shiv Lila Polymers Limited Lagos and Sarsoli Colours, the founders bring together a wealth of experience in trading, distribution, logistics, manufacturing of masterbatch, Calcium Carbonate and global mercantile trading.

In Nigeria, the group owns 10 warehouses in Lagos, 3 in Kano, 2 manufacturing facilities for Masterbatch and Calcium Carbonate and a global polymers and resins trading hub in Dubai with representations in various countries.
