The company was founded by Chandru Changrani, (late Vivek Changrani) and Giresh Wadwa.

As joint promoters of Shad Polymers FZCO Dubai, Shiv Lila Polymers Limited and Sarsoli Colours - Nigeria, the founders bring together a wealth of experience in global trading, distribution, logistics and manufacturing of masterbatches & calcium carbonate.

In Nigeria, the group owns 10 warehouses in Lagos, 3 in Kano, 2 manufacturing facilities for Masterbatch and Calcium Carbonate and global polymers trading headquarters in Dubai with representatives in USA, UK, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Hong Kong and China.
